How do I know if no surveys are currently available?
If no surveys are available to you, you'll see the below message when attempting to take a survey:
This doesn't mean you have been blocked from taking surveys with Yuno. It simply means in the current moment, there are no available surveys.
Why am I getting this message?
If you continue to get this message, try selecting low-value surveys from the website or app's offerwall. While our low value surveys will return smaller rewards, there are a great number of these survey offers in our inventory. High value surveys offer greater rewards, however there are fewer available.
Another possibility is that you've already completed 3 surveys within 24 hours. To ensure we have a diverse range of opinion and that we can monitor data quality, Yuno has limit of 3 survey completions per day. If you're unsure how many surveys you've completed, you can access your survey history here and then click on Access or Download - Make sure you're using the same device used when completing surveys.
If you're new to Yuno, fill out as much information as possible when you're completing our Profile Questionnaire. Your answers will ensure we're better able to assign you to greater number of available survey offers. The same applies to when you're completing the screener questions at the beginning of each survey offer - always be as accurate and detailed as possible.
The other possibility is that there aren't many surveys for your profile available at that time. Don't be alarmed - while the availability of surveys depends on your country and profile, Yuno has a constantly changing selection of surveys uploaded every day to ensure everyone is able to complete surveys and cash out for a reward. Perhaps just come back in a few hours or the next day.
