What are quality rejections
A quality rejection is when a survey is rejected either by us, or one of our clients, due to 'bad quality'. We monitor our data closely to ensure it has a high level of accuracy and reliability. If a survey is rejected for quality reasons, we will not then be able to keep or use your data nor will we sell any of your information to third parties.
Sometimes, however, our clients reject bad quality surveys at a later date and we will retroactively deduct points from your account.
What to do
We can't overturn quality rejections nor can we ask the website you used to issue a reward. While we can't provide a specific reason for each quality rejection for fraud purposes, here are three things to keep in mind when taking surveys with Yuno:
Accuracy: you're providing a thoughtful and accurate answer to each question.
Consistency: there are no answers that contradict one another.
Time: you're not rushing through the survey questions.
Feel free to continue taking surveys after a quality rejection. However, please ensure you're adhering to the above criteria to avoid future quality rejections and/or possible account suspension.
